Nursing Hotline

Our Nursing Staff is available to answer questions during normal business hours. Please be aware that unless it is an emergency, you will be asked to leave a message and the nurse will call you back. This will allow her time to pull your chart and have the information required to address your concerns. When leaving a message for the nurse, it is important that you provide the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your date of birth (we may have more than one patient with the same or similar names)
  • A phone number at which you can be reached during the day.
  • The reason for the call.

Our practice receives many calls each day, and we must address the most serious calls first. It is our goal to return every call with 24 hours. The practice answering service will respond to any calls made after 4:45 pm . If the call is urgent, the message will be forwarded to the provider on call. We request that any non-urgent calls be made during regular business hours. We cannot renew prescriptions for calls made after normal business hours.
