Dr. Snyder began her practice in Obstetrics and Gynecology after a successful teaching career. As an Osteopathic physician, she has been trained to incorporate the belief that mind, body, and spirit are all interrelated and she uses this philosophy in caring for her patients. In addition to performing surgery and attending to her patients’ gynecological and obstetrical needs in the office setting, Dr. Snyder is also trained in osteopathic manipulation and has applied this unique method in addressing low back pain associated with pregnancy, pelvic pain, and other musculoskeletal disorders.

She has particular interest in caring for adolescent patients and women in transition to menopause. Dr. Snyder believes that her patients must be actively involved in decisions about their health and strives to incorporated this belief in caring for her patients.
