Women’s Care must announce with great sadness the loss of Dr. Daniel O’Keeffe earlier this week. Dr. Dan began his medical practice caring for women in the Glens Falls and North Country area in 1951. His forty years of continuous practice has left a tremendous legacy.
The doctors and providers of Women’s Care, including his own children, Dr. Jim and Dr. Kate, continue to care for the children and grandchildren of the women Dr. Dan delivered and kept healthy over many decades.
Lauded as a ‘true gentleman’ by his patients and his colleagues, Dr. Dan O’Keefe’s legacy endures through the work of Women’s Care and in the community which we continue to serve.
He will be remembered and missed greatly by all at Women’s Care. We thank him and his family for all his contributions over many years to help bring the practice to it’s current state.
